Willie’s Cacao is all about flavour. The beans are like fine wines with individual flavours influenced by their soil and location. To preserve these precious flavours, Willie makes chocolate in small batches from ‘bean to bar’. Only completely natural ingredients are used such as raw cane sugar and natural cocoa butter. The beans are sourced from Willie’s own farm in Venezuela and other single estate producers then shipped to his factory in Devon to be turned into bars of wonderful chocolate.
